| description |
|
| This very nice example has been preserved in solid pyrite and was collected in 1982 and was part of the Underhill collection. This particular locality is no longer accessible to the collector. This rare type of Kosmoceras has lovely sharp nodes preserved, a very aesthetic feature. One for the discerning collector. Approximately 165 million years old. A clear perspex box is included to protect the ammonites nodes. Fossils Direct is a premium collectors website. |
