| This stunning and large example has incredible natural irridescent colours which include the very rare blue, along with red, orange, yellow, greens and the odd flash of pink. Found in 1972, this superb ammonite has spent over half a century in the Underhill collection. Preserved in pyrite and approximately 108 million years old. Finding one this large and well preserved today is virtually unheard of. One for the serious and discerning collector of awesome Gault Clay ammonites Fossils Direct is a premium collectors website. |
