| description |
|
| This superb ammonite was discovered by David Sole and prepared by Andy Cowap which has taken many painstaking hours. The specimen has been din pale yellow calcite and has white sutures and has a pin point immaculate centre Also during its preparation, the shell has been taken back to its last suture line (Cats Paw). This rare specimen is an absolute gem and would certainly fit into a high end collection. On the underside the matrix has been signed and dated by the preparator, Andy. Approximately 155 million years old. Fossils Direct is a premium collectors website. |
