description |
|
This fantastic multi Arnioceras fossil was discovered in 1989. These classic Holderness coast multi ammonite pieces are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain thesedays. A huge amount of hours and days goes into their preparation. There are both Macroconch/microconch ammonites on the piece, the small smooth shells are Arnioceras miserable (Male shells). This fossil resided in the late GORDON WALKDEN collection. Approximately 205 million years old. Highly aesthetic fossil for either the home or indeed the office space. A black chrome display stand is included with this fine fossil. |
