| description |
|
| This very aesthetic multi-ammonite fossil was discovered in the late 1970's and has been prepared by Andy Cowap. The three ammonites lie in a half nodule and every one has superb detail. This locality is no longer accessible to the collector which makes this type of ammonite highly sought after by collectors worldwide. The matrix has a cut base for ease of display. Approximately 205 million years old.
