| This stunning very rare specimen has a complete mouth border and comes from a locality which is no longer accessible to the collector. Semicelatum's do not get any larger than this immense specimen. The ammonite itself took many hours to prepare from a nodule. This speciemn would make a very good acquisition for the serious collector of very UK ammonites. Approximately 180 million years old. |
