| description |
|
| A superb and very rare ammonite from the Middle Lias of Skye. The ammonite has been preserved in solid pale Yellow Calcite and prepared by Andy Cowap. There is little or no erosion at this particular fossil locality and so these ammonites are highly collectable. Approximately 190 million years old. One for the serious collector. |
