description |
|
This is an extremely fine matrix free, preserved both sides example of this popular lower lias ammonite. The ammonite has been prepared on both sides and also has the "Cats Paws" preserved. To get complete examples is very rare as most of the specimens from this pit are normally missing parts of the body chamber. This specimen was collected back in the 1980's and will make an important addition to any collection. |
