description |
|
This magnificent example has both lappets preserved and has had many hours of preparation with the ammonite being completely free of matrix. This classic locality is no longer accessible to collectors as the pit has long since been back-filled, this wonderful specimen was discovered in 1990 and has been prepared by Andy Cowap. Serious collectors will appreciate how scarse these ammonites are with lappets preserved. A fantastic aquisition. |
