| A superb specimen which has had the surrounding matrix sculptured around the ammonite. The ammonite is a wonderful dark brown colour and when the specimen has a light behind it you see the beautiful colours shine through. Sculpture's of this quality rarely come up for sale on the open market. The base of the matrix is flat and has been polished . Also it has been signed by the preparator, Andy Cowap. |
