description |
|
This wonderfully preserved specimen is extremely rare from this classic upper liassic locality. The ammonite has been fully prepared on one side and exhibits an immaculate pin point centre. Also on the reverse side the series of spines has been prepared, usually the spines are worn off. This is a lovely feature for the serious collector. Discovered from a temporary exposure in 1981. |
