| description |
|
| A superb display fossil prepared with maximum aesthetics, from this world famous fossil locality. The ammonites have been prepared alongside a branch of wood which appears to have been burnt(evidence of a jurassic forest fire) and other wood fragments which are believed to be (Monkey Puzzle Tree). A tremendous amount of patience goes into preparing specimens of this quality. This specimen was prepared by Andy Cowap and has taken over
45 hours of preparation time. A good chance to own this beautiful one-off fossil. The specimen is approximately 200 million years old. A world class, timeless addition to any collection. |
