description |
|
This wonderful example lies within a small nodule which is highly aesthetic. It was discovered in 1996 and was prepared by Peter Langham. The fossil resided in the late Martin Foster Green Ammonite collection, this fine example was surplus to his collection at the time. A nice piece of fossil collecting history from a dedicated ammonite collector based in Uplyme. Approximately 190 million years old. |
