| description |
|
| From my own personal collection comes this extremely rare, unidentified insect wing which has been preserved in a hard split ironstone nodule. Remains of insects are extremely rare in the fossil record due to the very nature of their fragility. Only a handful of insects were ever discovered from this now lengendary location which has sadly been filled in and no more can be found. An extremely important addition to any collection. |
