| description |
|
| Complete crinoids in the fossil records are very rare. This one is no exception - this is one of the best single examples we have seen from this location. They don't come any better than this !! The specimen has been prepared out of a hard nodule and contains a complete crown including mouth parts and a long stem with cirri branching from it. Also, on the block are other crinoidal remains. This is a large example and is a fantastic specimen. |
