| This is a totally three dimensional, matrix free, complete crinoid crown. The detail throughout the specimen is wonderful, especially where the arms converge at the top of the specimen. This specimen is from an old collection and is from the world famous Silurian reef deposits of Dudley and is amongst the finest Silurian fossils preserved on the planet! A small but beautiful example. |
