| description |
|
| A classic Folkstone Gault clay gastropod which was collected in 1902. This fossil is approximately 108 million years old. The Gastropod lies in a small piece of squared hard clay, typical conservation for that time. This fossil was exchanged with Southampton University in 2001 and has resided in the late professor GORDON WALKDEN collection ever since. Fossils Direct is a premium fossil website. One for the serious collector of iconic fossil gastropods. |
