| description |
|
| Nautilus from this well known locality are scarse. This particular specimen is from a hard nodule that has been totally removed from the surrounding matrix and has been ground gem smooth and a high professional polish applied to all sides. This is a particularly fine and aesthetic specimen which is worthy of any collection. The specimen is approximately 195 million years old. |
