| Fossils direct are delighted to offer this most stunning of Nautilus specimens from the Andy Cowap collection.A tremendous amount of hours goes into preparing specimens of this quality. The different colours in the chambers is due to the presence of Pyrite,Haematite and different coloured Calcites.This locality does not exist anymore for collecting fossils so this is a very rare Nautilus indeed !!A seriously beautiful Nautilus. |
