description |
|
Only very rarely do Lyme Regis ichthyosaur vertebra of this size and quality come on to the open market for sale. This massive vertebra comes from a Temnodontosaurus estimated to be around 25 feet in length. Every detail is superb throughout. This fossil was discovered in the same area Mary Anning used to fossil collect some 200 years ago. A stunning collection piece for the serious collector of fine and rare fossils. Approximately 200 million years old. |
