description |

Fossils Direct strive to bring to our customers the finest fossil material available. This specimen is no exception!! From an inland gravel pit near Peterborough comes this exceptionally large Woolly Mammouth's tooth which has got a fantastic patina, especially on the bite area. The specimen was collected back in the 70's and has remained in my own private collection ever since. Perhaps the finest tooth we have ever offered!! |
