description |
|
From an old Victorian collection comes this exceptionally rare and large whale vertebra, from the very famous Red Crag deposits. The Red Crag deposits are so distinctive, as the fossils have been polished and to this day, there is no explanation as to how this is achieved. A very rare specimen with a fantastic patina and colouration. Quite Exceptional!! |
