| description |
|
| This beautifully preserved ammonite lies in between two chunks of the Barium mineral, Baryte, highly aesthetic and heavy. This Baryte was formed at great depths the same time the ammonites fell to the sea floor and were covered with sand and silt, approximately 200 million years ago. A lovely drawer fossil.
