| This beautiful example has been preserved both sides in solid pyrite and has an immaculate centre. Quality specimens such as this are becoming increasingly hard to obtain thesedays. There is also lovely pathology where the outer whorl has pushed outwards whilst growing rapidly, a very interesting feature for the collector of pathological ammonites.
