| This beautifully preserved solid light brown calcified ammonite, which has been fully prepared and has an immaculate centre. The ammonite was recovered from a temporary exposure by the late John Huxtable circa 1988 and has been recently cleaned. The specimen lies in a chunky piece of oolithic matrix which has a level base. Attached to the base is an anti slip and scratch pad for peace of mind whilst displaying on fragile surfaces. A lovely and unique display piece. Fossils Direct is a premium collectors website. |
