| This fantastic ammonite was collected in the late 1980';s and both the shell and the shale have been fully prepared which is very time consuming. The ammonite has amazing natural irridescence when turned to the light, the colours include, greens, copper, yellow, orange and vivid reds. High quality ammonites from this locality are becoming scarce, especially with intense irridescence. A unique and wonderful display piece which is approximately 208 million years old.
